Rees Scientific Environmental Monitoring Probes, Transmitters, and Installation

Scope

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC), Office of Purchasing and Contracts, on behalf of the Department of Transfusion Medicine (DTM), intends to award a firm-fixed-price order on a sole-source basis to Rees Scientific, 1007 Whitehead Road Extension, Trenton, NJ 08638. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure and install environmental monitoring probes and transmitters for the Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) section within the NIH Clinical Center, Department of Transfusion Medicine. The equipment is required to correct environmental monitoring deficiencies identified during a recent Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) inspection and to ensure continued compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
