Split-Unit HVAC Replacement

Scope

All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer by September 21, 2026 at 5:00p.m (EDT). A site visit will be conducted on September 18, 2026 at 1:30p.m (PDT). Personnel attending the site visit will meet at 9190 Cramer Ave, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA 98433. An escort is required for the site visit and will be provided by the Government. Point of contact for the site visit is CPT Megan Colpo (925) 917-0784. Contact the POC for assistance with directions and notify her of arrival due to the escort requirement. Personnel that do not have access to JBLM must go through the Visitor Center at Liberty Gate to receive a visitor's pass. Requirements for the visitor's pass includes REAL ID (passport and social security card for those that do not have a REAL ID), valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance information.
