Scope

The City of Orlando (City) is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to establish a comprehensive, term-contract for two primary services: Delivery of new vehicle fluids (packaged and bulk) Collection and eco-friendly recycling of used vehicle fluids The successful bidder must manage all logistics, transportation, and regulatory compliance required for fluid distribution and hazardous/non-hazardous waste management.
