BJS-LAW ENFORCEMENT CALLS FOR SERVICE DATA PLATFORM This Request for Information (RFI) Notice is issued for market research purposes only and is not a solicitation for proposals. See the attached RFI for additional information. The U.S. Department of Justice/ Office of Justice Programs/ Bureau of Justice Statistics (USDOJ/ OJP/ BJS) is exploring the development of a national measure of law enforcement workload and activity that includes criminal and non-criminal police-public engagement. The concept of a national law enforcement calls for service (CFS) data platform is to establish a uniform, publicly available, event-based collection of law enforcement CFS captured in computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems.
