The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Keysight Technologies Inc. 1900 Garden of the Gods Rd., Colorado Springs, CO. 80907 with full and open among authorized distributors the following items: Simview Simulation Software- PN: Z9500A-RFP-1YR. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
