Scope

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst intends to negotiate and make an award on a sole-source basis with East/West Industries (CAGE: 30941) for a Fixed-Price contract. This procurement is for a quantity one (1) Emergency Bail Out Bottle Test Sets, part number T269K550-1, and training for the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements� for this action.
