Scope

Solicitation Amendment #1 During the evaluation phase of initial proposals, the Government determined that it was unable to establish price reasonableness based on the proposals received. The purpose of this amendment is to reopen the solicitation to maximize competition and allow offerors the opportunity to submit competitive revised quotations. The Government has: Reopened the Solicitation to promote full and open competition and ensure the receipt of fair and reasonable pricing. Updated the Period of Performance (PoP) within the Statement of Work (SOW) to reflect revised performance dates. Extended the Closing Date to allow existing offerors and new prospective vendors adequate time to prepare and submit proposals.
