Scope

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS TO AMERICAN SOCIETY OF HEATING REFRIGERATING AND AIR CONDITIONING ENGINEERS, INC. Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Norfolk, VA intends to award a sole source contract to American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc. (ASHRAE) 1791 Tullie Circle NE Atlanta, GA 30329-2305 to provide two ASHRAE courses, 1. Humidity Control: Principles and Applications, and 2. Complying with Standard 90.1-2013, at six different locations; NAVFAC NW (Silverdale, WA), NAVFAC Atlantic (Norfolk, VA), NAVFAC Pacific (Pearl Harbor, HI), NAVFAC SE (Jacksonville, FL), NAVFAC Washington (Washington, DC), and NAVFAC SW (San Diego, CA).
