Bldgs 1469, 1475, 1479 METC Furniture Relocation and Storage

Scope

This rquirement is for the disassebly, relocation, climate controlled storage, and reinstallation services for JBSA FSH Dormitory Bldgs 1469, 1475, & 1479. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, logistics, materials, transportation, and climate-controlled storage facilities necessary to disassemble, clean, inventory, transport, store, and return/reinstall approximately 2,631 government-owned dormitory furniture located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) � Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The Contractor shall accomplish all requirements in accordance with commercial standards, base operating procedures, and the measurable thresholds defined herein. See PWS for requirement specifics.
