This is a SPECIAL NOTICE for information and planning purposes only to announce an Industry Day regarding upcoming competition for USACE Los Angeles District Progressive Design-Build (PDB) and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) projects under 10 U.S.C. � 2808a Other Transaction Authority (OTA) at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The purpose of this notice is to provide interested parties with preliminary project information, an overview of the anticipated acquisition strategy, and an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback during Industry Day prior to the release of the Program Solicitations. This notice does not constitute a solicitation or request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award an agreement.
