Sole Source to Diaconia LLC for Audio-Visual Renovation--Bluemont, VA

Scope

The intent of this information technology and audio visual (IT/AV) refresh is to upgrade current systems and components with new/upgraded system/components in three distinct spaces in addition to any necessary cabling and connections between these spaces and within the FEMA Operations Center (FOC) and Continuity of Operations (COOP) facility. This contract will be sole sourced to Diaconia LLC. Diaconia and Bridges SI (prime and subcontractor team) are uniquely positioned to perform this refresh because they originally engineered, installed, documented, and has continuously sustained the affected systems since 2010.
