Scope

The Government is issuing this Special Notice to provide public notification that a Request for Quotation (RFQ) has been posted on GSA eBuy for the requirement identified below. The Government is seeking qualified contractors to operate, maintain, and update audio/visual systems in accordance with the requirements, specifications, terms and conditions, and other provisions contained in the RFQ and associated solicitation documents. GSA eBuy RFQ Number: 1835550 Quotation Due Date and Time: September 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST Mandatory Site Visit: September 16, 2026 (see RFQ) The RFQ is available to eligible vendors through the GSA eBuy system.
