Scope

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, which is expected to result in award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for commercial services, to provide industrial water treatment of cooling towers, package boilers, high temperature water (HTHW) central heating plan, central steam plant, heat exchanger heating systems and closed loop systems at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB). Please see the attachment 3 � PWS Industrial Water Testing & Treatment for further description. The synopsis is prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), Subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
